29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i): Potable water was not provided in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, and personal: a) At the guard shack at NFI Industries, Inc. located at 100 Logistics Way, Port Wentworth, GA 31407: On or about July 11, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to health hazards in that potable water for drinking was not readily accessible for employees.
