Employees shall be allowed to work on those surfaces only when the surfaces have the requisite strength and structural integrity.  a) Blue Hen Corporate Center 655 S. Bay Road, Dover, DE19901: On or about 7/12/2023, the CSHO determined employee(s) conducting work on roof over 6 feet or more were not protected from falling.  On 7/11/2023, an employee fell approximately 16 feet to the concrete floor below the working area.
