On or about July 12, 2023, at the site located at 1011 Hunters Ave Orlando, FL 32804, an employee was working on a single piece of 2X10 wood plank to frame the headers and king studs on a window opening above a stairway and was not protected by any means of personal fall protection, guardrails or safety nets, exposing employees to a fall hazards grater than 18-foot.
