29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Saber Healthcare Group dba Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation, 220 South 4th Avenue, West Reading, PA 19611, Breakroom in the Laundry Room of Basement Floor - On or about July 12, 2023, one relocatable power tap was powering a second relocatable power tap, which is not in accordance with the listed and labeled for relocatable power taps, as the relocatable power taps were series connected / daisy chained together. No abatement certification or documentation required.
