Drift Hotel: On or before July 11, 2023, employees conducted maintenance and kitchen tasks with cleaning and disinfecting chemicals at this facility. Employer had the following: a) Pool Area: Acid and Chlorine containers did not contain a label containing health and safety warnings were affixed. b) Kitchen Area: Waxie disinfecting and wood cleaning containers did not contain a secondary label containing health and safety warnings were affixed. Employees were exposed to eye redness, blurred vision, and/or abrasion to the cornea.
