29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Employees working in the rear of the store next to employees' bathroom, were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards. A 220 VAC industrial refrigerator was plugged into an extension cord which was routed up through the ceiling and back down to an outlet.
