At the logline on Slasher Saw #1, on the One South Outfeed Conveyor at the 16-foot log stop: On or about July 5, 2023, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards from hazardous energies, in that the One South Outfeed Conveyor 16-foot log stop had not been shut down and locked out prior to 2 employees entering to clear a log jam from the equipment.
