1926.20(b)(2) The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) (a) 18089 Herrera Dr., Parker, CO 80134 on or about July 12, 2023 and at times prior, Rocky Mountain Roofing & Exteriors LLC dba RMX, did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections were conducted on the jobsite so as to ensure that subcontractors were protected from hazardous conditions, including but not limited to fall hazards during framing work.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: (a) 18089 Herrera Dr., Parker, CO 80134 on or about July 12, 2023 and times prior, subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazard in that the extension ladder used by employees, was not extended 3 feet above the landing point.
