29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. On or about July 12, 2023, an employee was working under or adjacent to the falling object area below the framers. As a result, he was not protected from falling objects by using head protection, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
