29 CFR  1904.41(a)(2): An establishment that had more than 20 and fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year and the establishment is classified in an industry located in Appendix A, did not electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section:   a) Pennsylvania LTC dba Edgehill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - On or about July 13, 2023, the employer failed to electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A for calendar year 2022 by March 2, 2023.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
