(a) Commercial construction site at Whispering Creek Ridge in Mineral Bluff, GA: On July 11, 2023, the employer did not ensure the use of cautionary signs in efforts to warn employees of potential hazards working near a Liebherr Mobile Crane with Telescopic Booms, thereby potentially exposing employees to struck-by and caught in between hazards.
