29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a)Saint Cloud Refrigeration dba SCR Inc. at 4300 East 57th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On or about and at times prior to July 12, 2023, the exposing employer did ensure that adequate fall protection systems were utilized while employees were conducting HVAC duct installation in a commercial property. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
