Klapec Auto Body, located at 180 Regina Drive, Cranberry, PA: On or about 7/14/2023 and times prior thereto, employees were wearing half mask elastomeric respirators (3M brand 7503 series) with organic vapor cartridges (6001) during various work tasks throughout the facility. Some employees were not provided with a medical evaluation for respirator use prior to being fit tested or utilizing a respirator in the workplace. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
