Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  a. On or about July 13, 2023, at a worksite located at 771 Francis Drive, Heath, Ohio 43056: The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from approximately 18 feet fall hazards while conducting residential framing on a single-family two-story home.   b. Rodrigo IC Construction LLC was previously cited under the name Rodrigo RN Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1404532, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 12, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4436 Navarre Road, Oregon, OH 43616

On or about July 13, 2023, at a worksite located at 771 Francis Drive, Heath, Ohio 43056: The employer did not develop and maintain an effective safety and health program to ensure that hazards were identified and corrected onsite while employees performed framing work, which exposed them to fall hazards.  b.
