29 CFR  1910.157(e)(1):The employer shall be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and testing of all portable fire extinguishers in the workplace:  a) Jobsite: 719 South 4th Street, Philadelphia, PA. - On or about July 17, 2023, the employer did not ensure ABC and Wet Chemical portable fire extinguishers located in the workplace had received annual maintenance checks, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR  1910.157(c)(4): The employer shall assure that portable fire extinguishers are maintained in a fully charged and operable condition and kept in their designated places at all times except during use.   a) Jobsite: 719 South 4th Street, Philadelphia, PA. - On or about July 17, 2023, the employer did not ensure the "K-Guard"  Wet Chemical portable fire extinguishers was charged properly, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.
