29 CFR  1910.178(k)(1):The brakes of highway truck(s) were not set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent truck(s) from rolling:  (a)Warehouse trailer loading/unloading area: On or about July 17, 2023 and at times prior, approximately 6 employees were exposed to struck by and caught in between hazards due to the lack of training and program to chock the wheels of trailers to prevent their movement while loading and unloading merchandise while operating a forklift in the workplace.
