29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: (a) 5438 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, Pennsylvania - An employee suffered a work-related injury on July 3, 2023 as a result of getting struck by a falling filing cabinet. The injury required hospitalization, and the employer did not report this hospitalization to OSHA. No abatement certification or documentation required
