29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) 22964 Lucas Drive, Watertown, NY 13601. In the main building, at the unload. On or about 7/14/23, employees unloading trailers were prevented from egress when the walkway between both sides of the "extendo", inside the trailer were blocked by boxes and by piled nylon "smalls" bags. United Parcel Service Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1656506, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 7, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2355 Field Street, Odessa, TX 79761.
