29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury:  a) New residential construction on Lot #94 at 208 Beam Drive, Conyers, GA 30013, Top plate: On or about 07/12/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities operating these tools at 130 PSI.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) New residential construction on Lot #94 located at 208 Beam Drive, Conyers, GA 30013, Top plate:  On or about 07/12/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 14-feet, 5-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roof framing activities.
