29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 �F (37.8 �C), was dispensed into containers unless the nozzle and container are electrically interconnected: a) Maintenance Shop - On or about July 14, 2023, gasoline being pumped out and transferred from a generator (Honda - EU7000is) fuel tank into a mityvac vacuum pump (Model MV7201), and then pumped out of the mityvac vacuum pump into a small plastic bucket. The gasoline was not dispensed from either the generator or the mityvac vacuum pump electrically interconnected exposing an employee to fire hazards.
