29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: 85 2nd Ave, Long Branch, NJ: Workers were utilizing a JLG Articulated boom lift to perform skinning activities and were not connected to the basket with a personal arrest system. The workers were at a height of approximately 5 feet above the ground. Observed on or about 07/18/23 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
