29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  (a) 156 Society Drive, Telluride, CO 81435: On or about July 13, 2023, and at times prior, employees dispensed and used corrosive chemicals including but not limited to 9340 "Acid" and 4902 "Non-Foaming Caustic", to clean production tanks without access to a suitable eye wash facility.
