On a roof of a new multifamily residential, at a temporary worksite located at 9105 Tredinick Parkway, in Jacksonville, FL: On or about July 18, 2023, the employer exposed employees to eye injuries, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees who were operating pneumatic nail guns. Highlander MTN Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1528446, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as final order on August 18, 2021, with respect to workplace located at 1290 Kendall Town, in Jacksonville, FL 32225.
