OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that they were exposed to fall hazards: (a) On or about 07-17-2023 two employees were observed working at a height of approximately 30 feet in a boom supported aerial lift platform without being protected by a fall arrest or fall restraint system.
