OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a) On or about July 13, 2023, located at 2255 Parsons Avenue, Columbus Ohio: The employer failed to ensure the employees were protected from impalement hazards when working around electrical metal tubing (EMT) conduit that was being used as stakes for the work area layout. The EMT conduit was protruding out of the ground approximately 12inches with sharp edges in and around the working area.
