29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  WORKSHOP: On/or about July 19, 2023, the employer did not sufficiently guard following equipment.  1.	The buffing wheels rotating ends and end nuts were unguarded in the following departments.         a.	Press Department.         b.	Fabrication Department.  2.	The rotating saw blade of the Grob vertical bandsaw was unguarded at the sawblade.  ABATED DURNG THE INSPECTION.  3.	The right unused portion of the  rotating saw blade of the Cosen horizontal bandsaw was unguarded.
