Warehouse materials were stored immediately adjacent to the primary warehouse, rear exit door, preventing personnel from exiting the facility in an emergency. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards. (b) On or about July 19, 2023, the employer did not ensure exits routes were unobstructed. Warehouse materials were stored immediately adjacent to the secondary warehouse, secondary exit adj. to the roll up door, preventing personnel from exiting the facility in an emergency. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 PSI.: (a) On or about July 19, 2023, the employer did not ensure the compressed air nozzles used for cleaning off equipment in the facility were reduced to less than 30 PSI. The compressed air line was pressurized at approximately 80 PSI. This condition exposed employees using the air hoses to the hazard of an embolism in the blood stream and flying debris.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening where they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910: (a) On or about July 19, 2023, the employer did not maintain workspace of at least 3 feet in front of an electrical panel switch located to the rear right of the primary warehouse, adjacent to a workstation, in that switch was blocked by debris, materials, and equipment. This condition potentially exposed employees to electrical and mechanical hazards.
