29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):  Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  a) Lancaster Leaf Tobacco Company of Pennsylvania, Inc. dba Lancaster Leaf Tobacco Company, 207 Pitney Road, Lancaster, PA 17601, Press 2 in Pack Out Location, on or about July 19, 2023 - employees were exposed to caught-in/caught between hazards when inserting and adjusting boards for the compression of tobacco leaf at the EA Industries Pitney Road Steam Crushing Equipment, as the equipment was not guarded to prevent employees from entering the area between the compressing device, the board, and the tobacco leaf during the compression cycle.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
