29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: a) On or about July 18, 2023, during warehouse operations at 1564 Firestone Parkway, Akron, Ohio 44301, employees manually moving/adjusting product, cleaning the walking working surface, and conducting the condition checklists were exposed to struck by hazards from powered industrial trucks operating in the permanent aisles and the loading dock; the employer did not ensure to appropriately mark the permanent aisles and the loading dock to ensure employees had safe clearance around the powered industrial trucks.
