29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) At #47 Logging Hill Dr., Richmond Hill, GA: On July 18, 2023, the employer exposed employees to eye injuries, in that safety glasses were not provided or used by employees that operated pneumatic nail guns for roofing work.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) At #47 Logging Hill Dr., Richmond Hill, Georgia: On July 18, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not used while employees performed residential roofing work at a height of approximately 10'7" above ground.
