Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  a) On the roof of the town hall located at 100 Smith Ave, Lake Hamilton, FL: On or about 07/20/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work on a low-slope roof approximately 10 ft. 3 in. above the ground.
