29 CFR 1910.36(c)(1):Each exit discharge must lead directly outside or to a street, walkway, refuge area, public way, or open space with access to the outside. a) On or about 07/20/2023, the employer did not ensure that the exit discharge for the southeast most fire door in the flammable storage had an exit discharge that lead directly outside to an open space, exposing employees to impediment from thick shrubbery immediately outside the fire exit door during an emergency.
