29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i):The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) 2270 US Highway 130 - Employee(s) clearing jams from a conveyor belt were not provided adequate Lockout/Tagout training to ensure the purpose of the energy control program was understood. An employee reached into a moving conveyor belt to unjam boxes and suffered a finger laceration. Incident occurred on July 2, 2023.
