29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The Employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met. At 1609 W Columbia St, Farmington, MO 63640, On July 21, 2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to hazards associated with chemical exposures due to the employer not having a written hazard communication program that at least described how the criteria for labels, forms of warning, SDS, and employee information and training will be met.
