Mobis North America LLC on or about July 18, 2023 at the address of 3900 Stickney Ave. Toledo, OH 43608: The employer failed to ensure forklift V80 operated in the Sub Axel department had a nameplate in place. Employees were operating the forklift in this condition without the benefit of the rated capacity being readily available to ensure loads being handled were within the rated capacity, exposing them to potential struck by hazards.

Employees tasked with handing loads exceeding the F60's load capacity, exposed operators to overturning and struck by hazards.
