29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a) On or about July 20th, 2023, at 2302 Ocoee Apopka Road, Apopka, FL 32703, the employer allowed an employee to work on a residential construction site without wearing proper foot protection while constructing interior wood frame walls and door frames, amidst debris and cut off boards with imbedded nails, exposing the employee to puncture hazards.
