29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(i): At a multi-employer workplace, the employer's hazard communication program did not include methods the employer used to provide other employers with on-site access to a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical the other employer(s)' employees may be exposed to while working: 30 Waterchase Drive, Rocky Hill, CT 06067: On or about January 25, 2023, the employer failed to include methods the employer used to provide other employers with on-site access to a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical the other employer(s)' employees may be exposed to while working. The employer's employees cleaned surfaces in the other employer's establishment using Pinalen Floral Delight, a Category 3 skin irritant and Category 2B eye irritant containing lauric acid, and Clean by Peroxy, a Category 2 skin and eye irritant containing hydrogen peroxide.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): 30 Waterchase Drive, Rocky Hill, CT 06067: On or about January 25, 2023, the employer failed to maintain copies of safety data sheets (SDS') for the hazardous cleaning products used by employees who were contracted to clean the surfaces of a medical suite. The cleaners and employees who worked in the suite did not have access to the SDS' for Pinalen Floral Delight, a Category 3 skin irritant and Category 2B eye irritant containing lauric acid, and Clean by Peroxy, a Category 2 skin and eye irritant containing hydrogen peroxide.
