29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a- 11 Ashborn Lane, Medford NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet 3 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing an end stop on one end of the scaffold's walking/working surface in use by the worker.  Condition observed on or about 07/19/23.   a- 9 Ashborn Lane, Medford NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 14 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing an end stop on one end of the scaffold's walking/working surface in use by the worker.  Condition observed on or about 07/19/23.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
