The USDA, Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605749, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/26/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 100 FORNI ROAD,, PLACERVILLE,CA 95667.
