OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from falls from an elevated pallet. a. On or about April 12, 2023, an employee was elevated approximately 12 feet above the concrete floor on a pallet placed on the forks of a Clark Model ECS25 forklift in order to access wiring and install a camera system inside the building near the training room. The un-approved work platform exposed the elevated employee to fall hazards.
