29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Butte Fire station Exercise Room: Electrical service panel (Not marked for voltage or ID.) had three unused circuit breakers openings that were not effectively closed. The openings were covered by black tape. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. The USDA, Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605749, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/26/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 100 FORNI ROAD,, PLACERVILLE,CA 95667.
