Jobsite located at 2151 East Albert St. Philadelphia PA 19125 - On or about July 24, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees conducting framing activities from a residential construction building greater than 6 feet above the ground level were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system. a) From the open and unprotected edges of the deck of the 4th story, approximately 31 feet above the ground level. b) From the open and unprotected edges of the 3rd story, approximately 21 feet above the ground level. c) Through a wall opening on the 3rd story, approximately 21 feet above the ground level.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located at 2151 East Albert St. Philadelphia PA 19125 - On or about July 24, 2023, the employer did not provide effective training for each employee conducting framing activities from a residential building and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21 and 31 feet above the ground level, in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards.
