29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing and labeling. Engine Bay: Two Kenmore large chest freezers were plugged into a relocatable power strip which was plugged into a 15 amps wall outlet. The relocatable power strip was not used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. Employees were exposed to fire hazards. The USDA, Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628763, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/21/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 225 W 8th Street, Alturas, CA 96101. The USDA, Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605773, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/26/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7600 Wentworth Springs Road, Georgetown, CA 95634tape. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
