29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Workstation near Maintenance - On July 24, 2023, the employer did not ensure that all electrical equipment was installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing and labeling of the equipment. A relocatable power tap was connected in series (daisy chained) to another relocatable power tap and used to power a charger. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
