29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. On the west side of the commercial building, an employee elevated by a MTI lift without fall arrest system to prepare to install a business sign on the exterior wall was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet.
