29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: a) 6885 Zenobia Cir, Lakewood CO: On or about June 15, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while working on a two story residential roof while conducting roofing activities without fall protection.
