29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces:  (a) 440 North Fifth Ave, Chambersburg, PA; at the MD4 Line - On or about July 24, 2023, employees walking from the line to the break room through the cart transfer area were exposed to struck by hazards along the path.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
