At the laundry room area. One electrical service panel was obstructed by a five-shelve laundry products rack.  b. At the pump room area.  Eight electrical service panels were obstructed by cardboard boxes of tools, a 38-inches wheeled cart, a 29-inches trashcan and miscellaneous tools, equipment, lamp stand and chair.   NOTE 1:  King Christian Hotel was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1452705, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, Issued on 04-08-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1102 King's Wharf, St. Croix, VI.  NOTE 2:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer prior to citation issuance.
