29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure.  Office area : An orange extension cord was fixed on the walls and used to energize a relocatable power strip which had a refrigerator and a micro wave oven plugged in to it. The extension cord was being used in lieu of fixed wiring. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.

29CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  Fire Station Bay area: The 10 inch Delta (Unknown serial No.) table saw used for ripping purposes, was not provided with a blade guard that adjust to the thickness of the materials being cut and remain in contact with it. Employees were exposed to severe laceration related injuries.   The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.213(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605749, citation number 01 , item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/26/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Forni Road, Placerville, CA 95667.  The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.213(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605769, citation number 01 , item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/26/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 26820 Silver Drive, Pioneer, CA 95666

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing and labeling.   Manzanita Lake Fire Station office area: A relocatable power strip was plugged into an extension cord that was plugged into a wall electrical outlet. The power strip was used to energize a refrigerator and a microwave oven.  The extension cord and the power strip were daisy chained and were not being used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling.    The USDA, Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628763, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/21/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 225 W 8th Street, Alturas, CA  96101.  The USDA, Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605773, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/26/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7600 Wentworth Springs Road, Georgetown, CA 95634tape.  Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
