Shop 273, Combat Vehicle Repair Facility: On or before July 24, 2023, employees conducted vehicle parts cleaning and washing operations used Ozzy Juice Heavy Duty Degreasing Solution on a regular basis. Employer had the following:   a) Cleaning Station PW - 006: did not contain labels with identity, pictograms, hazard, and precautionary statements affixed to the station.  b) Cleaning Station PW - 007: did not contain labels with identity, pictograms, hazard, and precautionary statements affixed to the station.   Employees were exposed to dermal irritation.
